LEAGUE TABLES FOR MAR 16

Had a Warmachine tourney this month. Only 5 Players Turned up but it was still fun. I took the first Bye and ended up coming second by winning 1 game so that was fun. I think only Eddie and myself played KOW this month and as usual only Jay and Ado are playing X-Wing but we will have an X-Wing tourney in June so hopefully it will shake the table up a bit.

Aris is the new King of War as Kort didn’t log any games for this month. But for the sake of fairness we will have 2 kings this month.

Ogrebanes Omnium Gatherum: Part 16E King Wretched the Lion Eater.

Not sold on the colour scheme and the heraldry is a bit Meh! but its done for now with a few minor things to redo.




The sword is supposed to be purple. Funny what the camera sees.

There is a shield but it blocks too much of the
 mini so I may attach it to the saddle somehow

I removed the Dragon helm Crest and will replace it with a lion Crest when I find or make one.

I have more done so as soon as I get a few pics I like I'll post them.

Updates for the Siege Breakers plus a few other units I'm rebasing

These guys were my scrap launchers. As per the story behind the army they are scrounged
Betonnian bits. A few war horses and a trebuchet strapped to a sleigh.

Both these units used to be one unit called the toy Knights. They are now standing in for two units of red Goblin Scouts.

More to come. I still need to flock and put snow on the bases. I have played a few games with the army and I still need to iron out the Army, but I have a ton of ogres so I'm not spoiled for choice. Feel free to drop  a comment or critisism.

Army Ideas
We'd all jumped onto the kings of war bandwagon of late and as I've been digging through cupboards resurrecting my old Warhammer armies to use for kings I've been getting back the ole urge to convert or scratch build an army again. Something I've not been wanting to do for a long time due to certain Warhammer gripes and warmachine being more a assemble and play games rather than a hobby driver (for me anyway)

And the one army that suits this and has been getting my mind ticking about ideas for a army project is night stalkers.

Some people have been looking into using existing models that for the theme or name of the nightstalker units but I want to do something uniqe and mostly scratch built. I'm still getting together images and ideas but for now what about this (below image) for a paint scheme?

Ogrebanes Omnium Gatherum: Part 16C: Wretched gets a mount part 3.

He is really coming together now. I have a few minor things to do like a neck chain the reigns in his left hand and a few decorative bits but I like where this guy is going. Anyway have a look and let me know what you think.

Base is painted but I want more detail in it.

I have to thank eddie for putting me on the Siege breakers. All my Maneaters will be converted to these guys but I may need to make a lot more. They are rock hard at 6+ to wound.

So that's it so far. A lot more stuff to do but progressing at a good pace. leave a comment even bad ones help.
